Eligibility:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC recognised institution (Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related will be preferred)
• At least 12+ years of progressive experience in digital technology, agile transformation or enterprise-level software delivery

Job description:

• Execute Digital Technology and Agile Transformation roadmap & drive modernisation of front-end and back-end architectures to ensure interoperability across digital platforms
• Adoption of new-age Agile methodologies and overseeing front-end (iOS/Android/Flutter/upcoming technologies) and back-end engineering teams
• Lead a team of Front-End and Back-End developers to deliver innovative, customer-centric digital products
• Transformation of legacy systems to improve scalability, integration and customer experience
