Merchandising Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Effective coordination with clients to ensure product development aligns with seasonal expectations.
• Plan, execute and monitor a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with customer guidelines and business growth.
• Analyze customer plans and share development ranges with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Manage seasonal sampling across different product types, while regularly updating customers on costs, lead times etc.
• Support sampling and planning teams for smooth operations & resolve customer related queries.

Requirements:

• A master’s degree in business administration or a relevant qualification.
• 7-10 years of relevant work experience with reputable organizations.
• Sound knowledge of the textile industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
