𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Manage all store-level administrative tasks.
• Oversee branch operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and compliance.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and coordinate with the supply chain/warehouse.
• Ensure visual merchandising is in line with brand guidelines.
  Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports.
• Ensure proper cash handling, financial controls, and audit compliance.
• Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professionalism at the branch.
• Ensure the store façade and overall presentation remain clean, well-maintained, and visually appealing.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

• 3–5 years of proven experience in retail store management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and manage teams effectively.
