Industrial Engineer
(Lean & Transformation)

So, Master Group of Industries is hunting for an MTO / Trainee Industrial Engineer—basically someone who geeks out over efficiency and wants to roll up their sleeves with the Lean & Transformation crew. You’ll be in the thick of things, poking holes in old processes, trying to squeeze out every last drop of productivity in their furniture manufacturing game. It’s not just about number crunching either—you’ll get to lead some of the improvement projects and bounce ideas around with folks from all over. If you love making stuff work better (and can handle a little chaos), this gig’s kinda calling your name.

Role Description:

• Streamline the way we make stuff—think less waste, smoother flow—by actually using lean methods, not just talking about them.
• Jump in and run with projects that crank up productivity and get things moving faster. No standing on the sidelines.
• Work side-by-side with folks from production, supply chain, and the QA/QC squad to stomp out bottlenecks before they become a real pain.
• Dig into the numbers (yeah, spreadsheets—bring ’em on), figure out what’s dragging us down, and then tell us what to fix.
• Roll out real-deal improvement moves—Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma, whatever gets the job done—to slash waste and make sure quality doesn’t slip.
• Keep an eye on the important stuff—KPIs like productivity, efficiency, and cost savings. If something’s off, you’ll be the first to know (and probably the first to complain about it too).
• Be all in on making lean thinking just part of who we are, not just a corporate buzzword. If you’re not into changing the game, probably not the place for you.

Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or an equivalent qualification

Minimum Internship experience in manufacturing operations will be preferred
