Education: Master’s preferably in Sales & Marketing
Experience: 3 to 7 Years of relevant experience in an Oil Marketing Company (OMC).

• So, here’s the deal—this job’s basically about juggling a million things at once. You’ve gotta hit all the site commissioning targets (no pressure), keep management in the loop with regular updates, and actually get your hands dirty with network planning. Think: tracking pipeline projects, scoping out locations to see if they’re even worth the hassle, checking traffic—yeah, you’ll probably become best friends with Google Maps.

• You’ll be glued to your phone, constantly pinging Engineering, Finance, Legal, and those lovely folks at OGRA, NHA, and, honestly, whatever other agency wants to slow things down with red tape. Getting approvals on time? Good luck, but it’s your job to push for it.

• You’ll also be sifting through new leads, crunching feasibility numbers, drafting up reports and agreements, keeping contracts straight, and making sure rent and payments actually get processed instead of vanishing into some bureaucratic black hole. Budgeting? Yep, that’s on your plate too. You’ll need to support the whole “dealer-financed sites” thing—think interviews, negotiations, the works. Oh, and don’t forget to chase down equipment and signage, or the grand opening turns into a no-show.

• Sales targets? Yeah, those are yours to sweat over. You’ll be handing out fuel volumes to each site, figuring out why some outlets are snoozing instead of selling, and teaming up with Regional folks and dealers to turn things around. Reports, market surveys, tons of number crunching—just part of the gig.

• There’s also the whole quality control thing. You’ll work with Engineering on new retail outlets, try to keep everything up to standard, and even train forecourt staff so they don’t scare off the customers (or accidentally torch the place—safety first, right?).

• Oh, and you’re the mastermind behind promotions, keeping the money flowing in, reconciling accounts, and making sure everyone’s playing by the company rulebook.
