We are hiring Assistant Manager Risk

Key Accountabilities

• Drive, wrangle, and basically babysit the ERM Framework for whatever entities land on your plate. Help people actually spot, size up, and keep tabs on risks—no more sweeping stuff under the rug. Keep an eagle eye on risk levels versus what folks are actually comfortable with, and chase up anyone who’s dropping the ball on fixing issues.

   

• Whip up risk reports for the ERM Committee (yes, more slides) and the big shots on the Board’s Audit & Risk Management Committee.

   

• Oh, and when people look confused? Step in with advice, throw together a training, or just remind everyone what risk even means. Basically, be the risk whisperer.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors

• CA Finalist / ACCA Member
• 4 – 5 years of relevant experience
• Critical Thinking & Problem-solving Skills
• Good Presentation & Communications Skills
• Ethical Judgment & Integrity
• Proficiency in MS Excel
