WE’RE LOOKING FOR Area Sales Manager

Location: Karachi (Landhi/Korangi)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Smash those weekly, monthly, and yearly targets—no excuses. Rally the sales crew, keep ‘em fired up, and make sure everyone knows their numbers matter. Training? Absolutely. Motivation? You bet. Basically, be the hype person and the coach rolled into one.

   

• Get chummy with distributors and other important folks—relationships matter way more than people admit. Keep that network tight.

   

• Keep tabs on all the sales stats, crunch the numbers, and don’t just sit on the info—bring the good, bad, and ugly straight to the higher-ups. If something’s off, dig in, figure out why, and fix it. Spotting new business? Yeah, that’s on you too. Make sure every inch of your turf gets the love it needs—no gaps, no missed chances.

   

• Oh, and hope you like travel, because you’ll be living out of a suitcase—expect to be on the road 90 to 95% of the time. Hotel points, here you come.

QUALIFICATION & SKILLS:

• You’ve gotta have a bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or something along those lines (if you’ve got an MBA, even better—show-off). At least 5 years hustling in FMCG chemical sales—no rookies, please. You’ve knocked out sales targets before and actually know how to rally a team, not just nod and smile in meetings. Leadership? Communication? Negotiation? Yeah, you need all that—real talk, not just buzzwords on a resume. If you can look at messy sales numbers and pull out ideas that actually work, you’re our kind of person. Gotta be driven and want results, ‘cause there’s no babysitting here. Oh, and hope you don’t hate travel, because you’ll be hitting the road around your territory.
