We are hiring. Civil Supervisor

Key Accountabilities

• Keep an eye on everything going down at the construction site—basically, make sure folks are actually building stuff the way the drawings and plans say, and not just winging it. If it’s not on the schedule, it’s not happening, you know? Safety rules aren’t optional either; people gotta stick to the standards, or else. And don’t even get me started on quality—no cutting corners just because it’s a Monday morning.

   

• Double-check the site layout, levels, and all those measurements—yeah, all those boring numbers in the blueprints and architectural doodles. If something’s off, better catch it before concrete hits the ground.

   

• Oh, and you’ve gotta eyeball the actual work as it happens.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors

• B. Tech Civil
• Strong technical knowledge of civil construction and maintenance practices.
• Proficient in preparing estimates, BOQs, and civil documentation
• Good command over safety practices and risk identification on construction sites.
• Effective communication and coordination skills.
