We are hiring Assistant Manager Risk

Key Accountabilities

• Cook up, wrangle, and basically babysit the ERM Framework for whatever entities land on my desk. I’m the go-to for sniffing out risks, sizing ‘em up, and keeping tabs on them—right where the action happens. If risk starts creeping past what’s cool, I’m on it, making sure people are actually fixing stuff, not just talking about it.

   

• I put together those (sometimes endless) risk reports for the ERM Committee and the big bosses on the Board Audit & Risk Management Committee. Not exactly the stuff of legends, but hey, someone’s gotta do it.

   

• I’m always tweaking and watching those KRIs—think of ‘em like vital signs for risk—so nothing slips by unnoticed. And yeah, when it comes to risk management, I’m everyone’s unofficial helpdesk: dishing out advice, running training sessions, and making sure people actually *know* what risk is, instead of just nodding like they do.

• CA Finalist / ACCA Member
• 4 – 5 years of relevant experience
• Critical Thinking & Problem-solving Skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel
