Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations, ensuring quality, timelines, and cost control.
• Verify materials, BOQS, and drawings for compliance.
• Liaise with engineers/contractors to resolve onsite issues.
• Enforce safety protocols, SOPS, and documentation.
• Report progress and emergencies to the line Manager.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on supervision in wood/metal/civil construction, renovation, or workshops
• DAE (Civil/Architecture) with strong technical & fieldwork skills.
• AutoCAD 2D/3D (preferred but not mandatory).
• Expertise in construction materials, BOQS, cost estimation, and market trends (wood, tiles, MEP, etc.).
• Ability to read and implement MEP/HVAC/Plumbing drawings.

We are Hiring! Workshop Foreman

Key Responsibilities:

• Honestly, someone’s gotta make sure the crew isn’t just chilling and scrolling memes all day, right? That’s usually me. I hand out the jobs, poke my head around to see what’s actually getting done, and if someone’s drowning in a mess of bolts, I’m right there, sleeves rolled up. Most days, I’m part coach, part therapist, and every now and then, the loudmouth yelling, “Hey, maybe don’t stick your hand in there!”

   

•  And safety? Please, it’s not just something you slap on a poster and forget. I want everyone walking out with the same number of fingers they showed up with.

   

• Machines start making that “uh-oh” noise or just decide to quit life? Guess who’s up. That’s right, yours truly. I sort out breakdowns, keep up with maintenance so we’re not shelling out for repairs every other week, and I’ve got a sixth sense for when somebody’s tried to make off with the good tools. Ain’t nothing slipping past me.

   

• And I don’t let junk slip out the door, either. Everything gets a proper once-over—sometimes a twice-over. If it’s not up to snuff, back it goes. I’m always walking the floor, catching problems early because, let’s be real, nobody wants the boss breathing fire down their neck.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in a workshop or manufacturing setting, preferably in a supervisory role
• Mechanical repair and maintenance
• Electrical systems and electronics

Education:

• Diploma or degree in a relevant field, such as mechanical engineering or technology
