Transsion Tecno Electronics Pvt Limited is looking to hire Assistant Production Engineer (Karachi)

Qualification: BE (Majors- Industrial & Manufacturing Engineering, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics) or Equivalent
Experience: 2 to 3 years in relevant field

Responsibilities:

• Keep an eye on daily production stuff—schedules, activities, the usual chaos.
• Make sure the quality checks actually happen so we’re not shipping garbage.
• Dig into production data, then whip up reports that (hopefully) make sense.
• Stay on top of paperwork and records, mostly so we don’t get in trouble with compliance folks.
• Actually care about safety—run audits, make sure people don’t do dumb stuff.
• Team up with people from other departments when problems pop up, because nobody works in a vacuum.
• Show newbies the ropes and help the crew level up.
• Play detective when things go sideways; figure out what went wrong and why.
• Hunt for ways to save money by making processes less wasteful.
• Jump into engineering projects when they need a production-side perspective.
