Procon Engineering Pvt. Ltd. (Master Group of Companies), a leading car interior and automotive component manufacturer of Pakistan, is seeking resumes for the positions of Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – HR Generalist at its Port Qasim, Karachi location.

Key Responsibilities:

Steer the ship when it comes to performance stuff: helping folks set goals, doing those (sometimes awkward) evaluations, and actually getting appraisals done.

Keep training and development rolling (because apparently, learning never stops?), and don’t just set it up—track if it’s even working. Sort out people drama, manage grievances when things get heated, and be the grown-up in the room for disciplinary issues.

Try to make work not suck—get engagement programs going so people kinda like being here. Oh, and you can’t forget the legal stuff: stay on top of labor laws, company rules, anything the auditors might poke at.

Keep the HRIS/ERP systems updated (because if it’s not in the system, did it even happen?) and crank out reports for the higher-ups. Also, pitch in with HR audits and make sure we’re playing by the rules, both inside and out.

Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate / Master’s (Preferably in HR).
Strong knowledge of HR functions & labor laws.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS/ERP systems.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle confidential information and work under pressure.

Experience:
4–8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing industry.
