Senior Manager – IT (Plant-Site)
We are seeking energetic, dynamic and results-driven IT professionals to join our team at Plant Site, Mianwali.
Requisite Qualification & Experience:
You’ve gotta have a Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or something similar—plus, a solid decade actually working in the field. Not just reading about it. You should know your way around IT infrastructure, like WLAN, networking, cloud stuff, virtualization, CCTV, and obviously servers. Basically, if it plugs in and blinks, you should know what it does.
You’ll need to keep an eye on all things cybersecurity—think policies, data protection, compliance rules (ISO, NIST, IEEE and all those acronyms that make you look smart in meetings).
Budgeting? Yep. You’re managing the IT budget, dealing with buying gear, and sweet-talking vendors for better deals.
You’ll be the one making sure people actually follow IT policies and SOPs. Governance? That too. Someone’s gotta keep it all together.
Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, next-gen firewalls, and endpoint security is pretty much required. If you don’t know what those are, probably not the gig for you.
You should be comfortable running projects, handling ITIL best practices, and generally keeping things running smoother than your grandma’s gravy.
Always looking for new tech and tools that make life easier? Good. You’ll be evaluating and rolling out new stuff to keep things efficient.
