Job Responsibilities

• Spot and fix financial or operational messes before they blow up—nobody likes surprises that tank a project. Keep the money stuff tight: build and upgrade internal systems so things are actually accurate, clear as day, and everyone’s playing by the rules.

   

• Don’t just let cash float around, either. Watch what comes in and out from land sales, vendors, or project work—protect what’s ours. Handle the day-to-day money juggling: think cash flow, chasing payments, covering bills, finding funds. It never ends.

   

• When it’s time to talk big money—loans, investments, bank deals—be ready to prep and haggle those financial agreements. And hey, budgets aren’t just for show. Stay on top of the numbers, forecast ahead, and slam the brakes on runaway costs for projects, whether it’s building stuff or flipping land.

   

• Keep an eye on every rupee coming from land sales, leases, or side gigs tied to the LEPIC project. Stay in sync with legal, procurement, and tech folks—make sure all the paperwork actually matches the project needs and the endless parade of regulations.

   

• Don’t forget to crank out regular reports and smart analysis for management, so the big bosses aren’t flying blind. Taxes and compliance? Yeah, stay on top of that circus too. That means dealing with auditors, banks, and government types when they come knocking.

   

• Oh, and work with IT and project teams to build digital tools for tracking and reporting, because nobody wants to dig through spreadsheets forever.

Required Qualification & Skills

• CA Qualified.
• 10−15 years of relevant experience in real estate, project finance, or construction-related industries.
• Strong command over financial analysis, budgeting, and cash flow management.
• Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software.
• Excellent coordination, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work proactively and meet deadlines in a dynamic project environment.
