Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree – preferably MBA in Marketing
• 5 – 7 years of relevant experience in the Home Textile industry

Key Responsibilities:

• Calculate consumptions and costing for made-up products such as sheet sets, duvet sets, comforters, BIABs, coverlets, pet beds, washed, embroidered, and embellished items.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate daily marketing and operational activities efficiently.
• Communicate with customers to obtain detailed specifications, protocols, contracts, POs, and bulk production follow-ups.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (planning, production, quality, supply chain) to ensure timely execution of orders.
• Analyze market trends and customer data to prepare market intelligence reports.

Skills Required:

• Strong expertise in made-up product costing, consumption, and technical understanding.
• Excellent planning, coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customers and priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office and data management tools.
• Strong sense of ownership, accuracy, and customer focus.
