We’re HIRING Assistant Manager HR Compensation & Benefits

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing compensation and benefits policies.
• Conduct salary surveys and benchmarking to maintain market competitiveness.
• Support job evaluations and pay structure reviews.
• Administer employee benefits programs (health, retirement, leave).
• Analyze compensation data and prepare management reports.
• Provide guidance on compensation and benefits matters.
• Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field.

Experience:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in compensation and benefits.

Skills:

• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HR data analysis.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of compensation laws and market practices.

The position is based in Karachi
