Job Responsibilities:

• Manage QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) customer accounts and relationships
• Punch customer orders into SAP and ensure order accuracy
• Coordinate with the CSD team for order processing and fulfillment
• Reconcile customer ledgers and resolve discrepancies
• Participate in strategic planning for business growth and customer engagement
• Lead negotiations and finalize agreements with clients
• Drive new product development in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Support QA audits and ensure compliance with quality standards
• Identify and onboard new customers to expand market reach
• Design pricing structures tailored to customer and market needs
• Negotiate contracts and manage customer expectations
• Oversee logistics and shipping to ensure timely delivery
• Develop and optimize packaging solutions
• Represent the company in customer meetings and discussions
