We’re Hiring for Ghani Metal & Rubber Industries Pvt Ltd SALES COORDINATOR

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure the timely processing of orders and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate sales records and generate reports as needed.
• Handle queries and provide support related to products and order status.
• Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and delivery notes.
• Work closely with the accounts department to ensure seamless sales and payment processing.
• Manage and update customer databases.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business Administration, Commerce, or Marketing.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Good knowledge of ERP systems
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work efficiently.
