EXECUTIVE PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT (HOME TEXTILE)

Responsibilities:

• Jump in with the PD crew and help run the whole product development show for home textiles—yep, from start to finish. You’ll be juggling chats with design, merch, and production folks to make sure samples actually get made on time (because nobody likes last-minute chaos, right?).
• When buyers toss over their wish lists, you’ll translate all that into actual specs people can use—think less “mystical riddle,” more “let’s get this thing made.” Keep tabs on sourcing materials, chasing down sample approvals, and tweaking products when folks change their minds (which, let’s be real, happens a lot). Log all the chaos—uh, I mean, progress—keep timelines tight, and don’t lose the thread with your teammates.
• Plus, keep your ear to the ground for what’s hot (or not) in the U.S. market so we’re not stuck making last year’s leftovers.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering or a related field.

Experience:

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in home textile product development, preferably for the U.S. market.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of PD processes and textile product specifications.
• Good coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple development tasks.
