We’re Hiring: Group Supply Chain Officer – Master Group of Industries

Master Group of Industries, a trusted name with a legacy of excellence, is looking for a passionate and result-driven professional to join us as Group Supply Chain Officer. This is a strategic leadership role based at our Head Office(Lahore), overseeing and driving supply chain operations across the group companies.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Basically, I run the whole supply chain circus—buying, storing, moving stuff, tracking inventory, and making sure things actually get where they’re supposed to go. All of it, from A to Z.
• I cook up supply chain game plans for the whole company, always hunting for ways to cut costs without making life miserable for everyone. Efficiency? Non-negotiable.
•  I’m big on teamwork, so I get different business units to stop doing their own thing and start playing nice. Standard processes, best practices—yeah, I’m the guy pushing for those.
•  Working with the other bigwigs, I help smooth out our supplier and vendor deals. We’re talking business continuity, no interruptions, no drama.
•  Pushing us into the future—think automation, data crunching, tech upgrades. If there’s a way to make our supply chain smarter, I’m all over it.
•  No funny business on my watch. I keep us in line with all the rules, whether it’s internal policies, quality requirements, or whatever the regulators dream up next.
•  I keep a close eye on how we’re doing, track all the key metrics, and put together dashboards for the big bosses. (Sometimes with way too many charts, but hey, they love that stuff.)make sure the numbers actually add up.

Candidate Profile:

• Got a Master’s in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Biz Admin, or something kinda close? Sweet, you’re already halfway there. If you’ve got those fancy letters after your name—CSCP, CPIM, CIPS, you know the drill—that’s a definite plus.
• Look, you need to have put in the time: we’re talking two decades in the supply chain trenches, and at least five years where you were actually calling the shots at the top. Not just shuffling paperwork.
• You gotta know your stuff—vendors, procurement, demand planning, logistics—the whole crazy puzzle. If you can wrangle numbers, out-negotiate the sharks, and actually inspire a team to turn the ship around, you’re our kind of person.
