Location: Head Office Karachi

• Ran the show when it came to building and supporting a bunch of apps—some for our own crew at M&P, others for our partner companies. You need something up and running? I’m your person.

   

• Probably spent way too much time making sure our networks didn’t spontaneously combust. Built them tough, kept ‘em fast, and—knock on wood—rarely had any downtime that made people scream.

   

• IT security? Oh, you bet. I kept the digital boogeymen at bay, locked down sensitive info, and had backup plans for my backup plans. Risk management is basically my middle name at this point.

   

• Wrote the rules, too—set up all the IT governance stuff so we didn’t end up on the wrong side of compliance, and actually made tech align with what the business wanted (which, shocker, isn’t always what IT thinks is best).

   

• Whenever the company needed a tech fix, I’d actually listen (crazy idea, huh?), figure out what would help, and make it happen.

   

• You want your hardware to last? Let me at it.

   

• Tried to build a culture that wasn’t just IT hiding in a basement. Got people working together, sharing ideas, always tinkering to make things better.

   

• Vendors? Yeah, I’ve had my fair share of “fun” with contracts, haggled for better deals, and made sure those SLAs weren’t just fancy paperwork.

   

• If the world ended tomorrow (digitally, anyway), we’d still be up. Disaster recovery plans? Covered. Not my first rodeo.

   

• Kept a tight grip on the IT budget, too—always looking for ways to save a buck but never at the expense of actual service. There’s an art to it, trust me.

   

• Basically, if it meant delivering IT services smoothly—whether for clients or our own folks—I was on it: tracking performance, making sure we didn’t miss a beat on SLAs, and herding the wild cross-functional teams to keep everything on track.

   

• Oh, and when things hit the fan (because they always do), I was the one leading the charge to fix it, dig into the root cause, and make sure it didn’t happen again.

   

• Degrees in computer science/engineering, a stack of certifications (ITIL, PMP, COBIT-5, CISSP—alphabet soup, I know), and about 15–20 years of hard-earned experience.

   

• What do I bring? Leadership that actually leads, a sixth sense for risk, strategic moves that matter, and a knack for solving problems people thought were unsolvable. Been around the IT block—security, governance, infrastructure, cloud, you name it.
