Job Responsibilities:
- No shortcuts, sorry. And it’s not just about coming up with plans—someone’s gotta actually roll them out, right? That means breaking it all down area by area, hitting those sales numbers, and making sure all the products and packages are actually where they’re supposed to be. No one likes an empty shelf.
- And yeah, you can’t just sit around in an office all day. You gotta get your shoes dirty—hit the streets, check in on the team, make sure everyone’s actually doing what they’re supposed to do. Plus, those dealer relationships? Super important. Treat ’em right or watch your numbers tank.
- Here’s the part people love to skip—market intel. You’ve got to keep your finger on the pulse: Who’s buying what, what’s trending, how’s the competition moving, are your products even available out there? Gather all that dirt and feed it up the chain fast. No one likes old news.
- Don’t forget, your company probably dumped a bunch of cash into stuff like branded coolers, glasses, signs—all those little things that make your product pop. Keep an eye out, make sure they’re getting used and not just gathering dust in some backroom.
- And, oh boy, distribution. That’s where things get real. You gotta make sure the whole sales operation is actually ticking—returns, inventory, those fancy KPIs, the whole shebang. If you ignore this part, well, good luck explaining those numbers at the quarterly meeting.
Job Requirements:
- BBA / MBA with specialization in Marketing
- 5-7 years experience in Beverages/FMCG.
