Simpaisa is seeking an Associate Project Manager to lead technical and operational relationships with our merchant partners and drive the successful integration of Simpaisa’s product offerings.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end project planning and execution
• Oversee full software delivery lifecycle
• Prepare BRDs, Project Charters, Risk Registers, and MoMs
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and support Agile processes
• Utilize tools like Jira and MS Project for tracking and reporting
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Identify and manage project risks
• Ensure high-quality project deliverables

Qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related technical field
• 2–4 years of project management experience
• Strong command of Agile & Waterfall methodologies
• Proficient in Jira, MS Project, and project documentation
• Understanding of Scrum framework
• Solid knowledge of Fintech (Remittance sector is a plus)
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
