𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐥 𝐋𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐡𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 – 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞- 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠

This position will be based at Head Office (Karachi).

Key Responsibilities:

Keep an eye on the color palette—yep, those endless shades matter! You’ll help pick out new hues, roll them out, and update the lineup, all so we don’t look out of touch with what folks actually want.

You’ll be right in the thick of things at dealer events, carpenter meetups, trade shows, even those BTL gigs nobody talks about but everyone remembers. Basically, you’re the glue making sure sales and distribution aren’t tripping over each other.

Got a thing for architects? Good, because you’ll help run Architect Connect, plus whip up all sorts of content—testimonials, case studies, project highlights. Anything to keep those industry ties strong.

Social media? Oh, you’ll be posting, creating, running digital campaigns, keeping tabs on UGC, and stalking those analytics for what’s working (and what’s bombing).

You’ll also play detective with competitor benchmarking, consumer insights, and trend-watching. Expect to spend some time building dashboards and reports—someone’s gotta help management pretend they know what’s going on.

And hey, you won’t be stuck in a marketing silo. You’ll team up with Sales, Production, Finance, Supply Chain—the whole gang—on special projects, just to see how all the pieces fit together and actually move the business forward.

Qualifications & Experience:
Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience (BBA/BS in Marketing, Business, Design, or related field).
Proficient in AI tools, MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint); familiarity with digital marketing platforms, SEO & analytics.
Creative, detail-oriented, with eagerness to learn brand management, trade marketing, and campaign execution.
