Turnotech is looking for a Project Manager – Managed Services who can take full ownership of projects, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget while maintaining high customer satisfaction. The role demands strong managerial capabilities, leadership skills, and a proven ability to independently drive telecom/managed services projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of managed services projects (telco & non-telco).
• Manage and coordinate with customers handling escalations and ensuring transparency in communication.
• Ensure strict compliance to the target KPIs and SLAs.
• Lead cross-functional teams (NOC/field teams, vendors, technical support) to meet delivery timelines and service quality.
• Anticipate risks, handle outages and escalations proactively, and drive resolution within agreed timelines.
• Lead overall delivery, cost control and cash flow to ensure that projects are delivered within budgeted targets.
• Lead all project segments to act as a single point of contact for all project related issues including but not limited to technical delivery, quality of service, EHS, human resource, administration, logistics and collections.
• Standardize delivery and reporting processes for operational efficiency.
• Generate and present detailed project updates, dashboards, and performance reports to stakeholders and clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, IT, or a related discipline.
• 7-10 years of managerial experience in Managed Services/Telecom with at least 150+ field resources.
• Proven ability to independently manage projects with full accountability.
• Strong customer coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Leadership and decision-making abilities in high-pressure situations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
