What You’ll Do

• Run the show when it comes to any kind of mechanical maintenance—doesn’t matter if it’s preventive, fixing stuff that’s already busted, or just keeping an eye out for trouble like the OEM says. Keep all the utility stuff humming along too—HVAC, air compressors, you name it. If it’s making the place tick, I’m on it.

   

• Don’t let anyone run out of spare parts, either. I’m on top of what we’ve got in stock and what needs to get ordered—no last-minute panic, not on my watch. When someone puts in a buy request, I’m the one double-checking it, making sure we don’t get stuck waiting for parts.

   

• I make the rules (well, the SOPs at least) so everyone knows what to do and things don’t go off the rails. Preventive and predictive maintenance plans? That’s my jam—less downtime, more uptime. I deal with vendors too, making sure the stuff we outsource actually gets done.

   

• And hey, I don’t just boss people around. I actually help my team get better, push them to hit their stride. If management needs some big-picture ideas to keep things running smoother long-term, I’ve got plenty to say.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: BE (Mechanical).
• Experience: 7–10 years (including 3+ years in a managerial role).
• Expertise in: Mechanical maintenance & utilities operations.
• Skills:
  • Leadership & team management.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel & maintenance systems.
  • Strong problem-solving ability.
