Artistic Milliners, a global leader in denim innovation, is seeking a forward-thinking electrical professional to lead our power and maintenance operations. This high-impact role is key to ensuring uninterrupted manufacturing, energy efficiency, and compliance with international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

•  If the plant’s down, people look at me. I keep everything humming so production doesn’t crash and burn.
• When something actually does go sideways—like a high-voltage freak-out or a PLC that decides it hates Mondays—I’m the one jumping in, sleeves rolled up, figuring out what’s busted and getting it back online.

• Power generation, distribution, energy savings… I’m always looking for ways to keep those utility bills from blowing up, and honestly, a little sustainability cred doesn’t hurt either.

• Big projects? I’m planning ‘em. Upgrading substations, laying out new networks, bringing in backup systems for when the grid sneezes.
• And don’t even talk to me about safety shortcuts—no chance.
• Half my job is teaming up with production, utilities, whoever—if there’s a new line going in or a process upgrade, you bet I’m involved from the jump.
• And yeah, I keep an eye on the budget. KPIs, reports, all that jazz—I make sure the higher-ups know we’re not just burning cash for the fun of it.

Qualification: BSc / BE in Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred).

Experience: Minimum 6–8 years of relevant field experience.
