September 2025 Was Fifth Hottest Month in Last 65 Years
average rainfall clocked in at 32.5 mm, which is—wait for it—52% higher than what folks normally expect. That’s a lot of extra sogginess. And Thatta, down in Sindh? They basically got walloped on September 10, with 110 mm dumped in one day. Hope someone had an umbrella handy.

Turbat and Sibi? Man, they were basically cooking this September—hottest spots in Balochistan, hands down. Apparently, it was the fifth warmest September Pakistan’s seen in like, 65 years. Wild, right?

On the flip side, Skardu up in Gilgit-Baltistan was straight-up chilly. Average lows hit around 11.3°C. Pretty much sweater weather while the rest of the country was sweating buckets.
