Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Production, or related field | Experience: 3-4 years of experience.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• If something looks off, jot it down, sort it out, figure out if it keeps happening, and then—yep—bug the production folks until it doesn’t happen again.
• Keep an eye on all those rules the buyer sends, plus whatever SOP the factory’s obsessed with this week. Doesn’t matter if it’s cutting, sewing, ironing, or sticking on a random label—just gotta be sure nobody’s cutting corners.
• When audits roll around (and, wow, do they love to roll around), make sure all those CAPA reports look tidy,

  everything’s easy to find, and you’ve got proof you fixed the last batch of screw-ups. Auditors love their paperwork.

• Oh, and don’t forget the endless reports—daily, weekly, whatever. Dashboards, spreadsheets, defect lists—the works. Send them to the QA boss and everyone else who needs to know (or just thinks they do). Just another day in quality control paradise.
