Job Description
Alright, here’s the deal: you’re basically the bridge between clients and the inside folks at Food Emporium. Got a knack for talking to people without sounding like a robot? Good. You’ll need it. Organization skills matter, but if you can’t keep up with the wild world of food orders—well, you might drown.
LPOs & Orders:
You’re gonna see a lot of Local Purchase Orders. Get used to the lingo. You’ll be double-checking, entering those into the system, and bugging sales and logistics whenever someone drops the ball. Timely delivery? Yup, that’s on you too.
Backing Up Sales:
Ever played wingman? That’s you for the sales squad. You’ll be whipping up quotes, reminding clients to confirm stuff, and poking people for the info you need. If things aren’t updated in the system, trust, someone’s coming for you.
Logistics & Warehouse Shenanigans:
Think you’re done? Not even close. You’ll be in the mix with warehouse and delivery teams, making sure foods don’t end up on Mars. Schedules, shipping, chaos—it’s all part of the gig.
Putting Out Fires:
Stuff goes sideways, let’s be real. Customers yell, orders vanish, and nobody knows where the chicken went. You’ll have to fix it, or at least make it look like you tried. If things get too wild, throw it up to the manager and hope for the best.
