We’re looking for dynamic and results-driven professionals to join our team as Area Sales Managers. The role involves leading sales and distribution operations, managing key accounts, and driving business growth in the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:

Juggle growing the sales turf and stretching those distribution networks—don’t just sit back and watch. Rally the sales crew, push them to smash those monthly and yearly numbers (no excuses, just results). Actually talk to the big clients and trade partners, don’t just send them boring emails—keep those relationships alive. Keep an eye on what’s happening out there—what’s trending, what the competition’s up to, and whether the area’s doing hot or not. Make sure products aren’t just in stock but actually where people can see and buy them, and chase down payments before they slip through the cracks. Oh, and yeah, throw together some sales analysis and performance updates every so often—nobody likes surprises.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
4–6 years of experience in sales and distribution, preferably in FMCG or lubricants sector.
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
