DM / AM ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT
Looking for resource who can accomplish the following responsibilities:
- Cook up, roll out, and basically babysit all those “organizational development” projects meant to crank up performance and get people actually caring about their work (instead of just clock-watching). Build and launch training programs, map out what skills people need, and figure out who’s climbing the ladder next. Push through change management—yeah, that means wrangling people through whatever “transformation” execs dream up this quarter.
- Send out those endless engagement surveys, dig through whatever feedback comes back, then scramble to fix what’s actually fixable (good luck). Team up with business heads to make sure all the HR stuff doesn’t just live in its own little bubble—it’s gotta match what the company’s actually trying to do.
- Help with performance reviews and try to whip up leaders who don’t totally suck. Keep tabs on talent stats and throw together reports so the big bosses can nod along like they saw it coming. Oh, and always, always make sure you’re not breaking some law or company rule—HR drama is already enough without the legal headaches.
Qualification & Skills:
- Graduate / Master’s (Preferably in HR, Business Administration, or related field).
- Strong knowledge of organizational development, learning & development, and talent management.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and work under pressure.
Experience:
- Minimum 4-6 years related with HR preferably from automotive industry.
