JS Bank is hiring: Relationship Manager – Branch Banking
We’re looking for a dynamic Relationship Manager – Liabilities, Branch Banking.

Responsibilities :

1. Hit those numbers for current accounts, savings, BANCA, cross-selling—you name it. Basically, keep the whole portfolio moving up, not down.
2. Open new accounts, keep the data straight (nobody likes a mess), and actually get to know your customers. Not just names on a screen—real connections.
3. Make sure customers walk away happy. Deal with complaints like a grown-up, not an ostrich. And yeah, get creative with marketing—don’t just wait for people to walk in the door.
4. Live and breathe JS Bank’s vibe. Back up your team, give feedback that’s more helpful than “good job,” and don’t let egos get in the way.
5. Day-to-day is all about bringing in new accounts, pushing cross-sell, and making sure service isn’t just good—it’s so good people talk about it. But, of course, don’t get sloppy with compliance.
6. Big picture? Own the sales game, lead the charge on getting customers in, and make the branch actually profitable (because, you know, that part matters).

Qualification: Minimum Bachelors degree
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years
